Jerry Fleece (Founder/CEO)
Jerry Fleece is a writer, producer, and performer from Framingham, MA. Best known as the first puppet to enter a development deal with a major Hollywood studio and to receive a writing credit on a network television series.
Before founding Jerry’s World Productions, Jerry spent four years shaping stories at Disney Branded Television (The Walt Disney Company), where he created music videos, promotional campaigns, and short-form content seen around the world. His writing credits include Disney+’s Rise Up, Sing Out with The Roots, for which he penned the protest-themed episode “Let Love Overrule.”
In 2022, Jerry signed a deal with Sony Pictures Kids for a sports show he created—marking another industry first for a puppet creator—and is currently developing new scripted, unscripted, and preschool projects that stretch the boundaries of genre and audience.
From his early days making community television in Massachusetts to producing award winning short documentaries (Obstacles, Thank You Big Mac), Jerry has built a reputation for finding humor in life’s challenges and turning cultural truth into television. Through Jerry’s World Productions, he continues to build worlds that celebrate ambition, identity, and belief in yourself.

Bailiff Bagock (Sidekick)
Bailiff Bagock is Jerry Fleece’s right-hand puppet: part chicken mascot, part philosopher, and full-time ride-or-die. From Hollywood, CA, Bagock first teamed up with Jerry in 2023, back when Jerry was a low-budget dreamer with big ideas and even bigger ambition. From that moment on, Bagock made it his mission to help Jerry become the most famous puppet in the world.
Recognized by his oversized mascot head and expressive, human-like arms, Bagock brings comic timing and heart to every project. Beneath the feathers, though, is a creative partner who believes in friendship as much as fame. He’s the one reminding Jerry why the work matters.
